Talia Castellano

I cried when I saw this story on Ellen DeGeneres Show.  She was as the question why is she not sad or at home doing nothing.  She simply stated I have cancer I am not dead, what do you want me to do cry all day.  This touched me because I was going through a life change that was not at all equivalent to her life and she was doing better than me.  As an adult sometimes we can learn lessons from children.  She also stated that she felt like Dori on Finding Nemo, she was just going to keep swimming until she couldn't swim no more.

Impressive quote

As adults we have to watch what we say and do around children.  I heard a little boy say oh f##k the other day.  I am sure that was not apart of the curriculum in kindergarten.  They are like sponges and absorb everything we say and do.

Before I knew I didn't know

This is me throughout my school years.  While looking the same each year different experiences in life help to mold me into the person I am today.
